To block a user, tap on their username to bring up their detailed user profile. From there, select Details and enable the toggle for Blocklist to add them to your blacklist.

Once blocked, both you and the user will no longer be able to send messages to each other.

However, the Blocklist feature does not affect Group Chats. Both you and the blocked user will still be able to see each other's messages in shared Group Chats. In such cases, we recommend either leaving the group or asking the Group Chat owner to consider removing the user.

Please note that blocking a user may delete your chat history with them, and it may not be recoverable if you unblock them later.
