Here at PlayLah, we take user safety very seriously. If you encounter harassment from another user while using the service, you can report the offending user by tapping on their profile picture to open their detailed profile panel, then selecting Details > Report.

We also recommend blocking the offending user. This can be done via the Settings menu by enabling the toggle for the Blocklist setting. Please note that the Blocklist feature does not affect Group Chats.

Offending users may have their accounts suspended or banned at our discretion. We reserve the right to ban or terminate a user’s account without prior notice, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
